About this policy
This is an interim policy for the current version of this website. It will be revised as our practices, this site, or applicable law change.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit through this website: your name and email address if you send a message through the contact form, your email address if you sign up for updates, and your name, dispensary, and email address if you submit a budtender trade request. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, for security and reliability. This site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it, and your choices
We use the information you submit to respond to your message or request, and to send you marketing updates only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in any email we send. We keep this information for as long as it is needed to respond to you or to meet our recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information. If you have a question about your information, use the contact form on this website.
